Since I switched to a new gym in February, my current daily schedule Mon-Fri is the following:
- 5 am – Wake up
- 5:30 am – Breakfast
- 6 am – Leave for the gym by car
- 6:45 am – Start training
- 8 am – Light cardio
- 8:15 – Recovery protocol (sauna, ice plunge, jacuzzi)
- 9 am – Post-workout snack
- 12:30 pm – Lunch
- 6:30 pm – Dinner
- 9 pm – Bed
