In the morning of March 7th I was pleasantly surprised to learn that I was down to 69.25 kg and 14.3% body fat.
I also had a decrease in Subcutaneous fat (now 12.4%) and my muscle mass only decreased 0.22 kg. Below you can see my body data:

This is very encouraging because I have:
- Continued to lose primarily fat while preserving muscle
- Increased my hydration to 61.9% body water
For now, I have given myself the goal of being in the 13-13.9% body fat range and a weight of 67-68 kg.
This might change depending on how fast I will achieve these thresholds.
